All rights reserved Dealers Terms and Conditions Discounts: Our discount rates for dealers will be determined at the time of your account setup. Retail outlets ("brick & Mortar") usually receive a 40% discount off the retail price. Mail order, Web based and traveling vendors will receive a 20-30% discount off the retail price. Below minimum orders may result in a lower discount rate for that order. Minimums: We would like you to order $100 (wholesale) and/or 10 packages each size of lumber or 5 packages each size of tie products. If the majority of your order falls within or close to the above guidelines then you are good If on the other hand you order one and two bags of a bunch of different sizes or just a few bags per order then we may lower your discount for those particular items on that particular order. If you have any questions about your status, please contact us. Shipping: Minimum shipping charges are $10.00 per order. On orders that exceed the $10 minimum you will be charged actual shipping costs. Proof of status: We require a copy of your business license or registration for all dealers. We may also require additional proof such as photos of your retail location. Payment: We setup all new accounts to be billed off a credit card. We accept Visa & M/C . Returns: We will gladly accept any defective merchandise or improperly filled orders and either replace the products or credit your account. We do not accept any returns of custom cut lumber unless the product was defective or improperly manufactured. If you ever have a problem with your order, please contact us before returning your shipment. Our price breaks are: 1-99, 100-499 and 500+ All lumber is in bulk form, bundled and labeled. If you require packaged product, the discount rate will be lower.
