Scratch built using Kappler lumber and Grandt Line castings, this diorama took about 2 months of part time work to complete.
After distressing, all the lumber was pre stained with a lacquer based stain before assembly.
Metal castings were dry brushed with red paint.
As you look through these images you will notice the realistic background behind the Rattlesnake mine.

On his way home from the photo shoot, Gary Madison took some shots of the west coast mountains and used PhotoShop
to insert the images behind the model. Nice touch!
